Resort Collection Surpasses Goal of 100 3-Night Stay Packages To Those Fighting the COVID-19 Pandemic
PUERTO VALLARTA, MEXICO / ACCESSWIRE / April 6, 2021 / Mexico's Velas Resorts has surpassed its original goal of 100 free all-inclusive stays to healthcare heroes. Showing appreciation to those who have fought tirelessly against the coronavirus pandemic, the "Let's Be Thankful" campaign allows individuals to give back just by booking a reservation. For every 5-night stay reserved by April 30th at any of the resort collection's properties, in Los Cabos, Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit, and Puerto Vallarta, Velas Resorts puts one free night into the prize pot. Nights can also be donated directly to the pool for healthcare workers and will be matched by Velas Resorts. On April 30th, the prize pot will be divided up into 3-night stays for two at Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta.
Since March 15th, Velas Resorts has collected over 350 nominee submissions for the vacations. Vacation recipients will be determined by the most likes. Additionally, a panel of five of Velas Resorts' most frequented guests from the US and Mexico will choose three individuals to receive an upgrade to stay at the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas of their choosing.

SAFETY COMMITMENT: Velas Resorts have received the global safety stamp of approval from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) due to its state-of-the-art safety and cleanliness protocols detailed in a 15-page Stay Safe with Velas program.
