LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 29, 2018 / "When Prayers Aren't Enough" takes on the myth that there is nothing we can do about mass shootings in the United States.

1 October survivors are teaming up with survivors of other mass shootings and experts leading the way to end gun violence to start a nationwide conversation in the upcoming documentary "When Prayers Aren't Enough." Their goal is to represent all sides and encourage a pathway forward through mutual understanding.
Las Vegas Survivor Jenna Cook has partnered with the team at Bridge the Divide Media that includes Matthew Lynn and Matt McClelland to provide survivors across the country the platform they need to share their stories.
The group has filmed a few local interviews with a volunteer crew but have turned to GoFundMe to raise the funds needed to finish the film and give it justice. Meet survivors Karen, Dana, Lindsey, and Chris in the teaser video that was released just last week.
This is a documentary made by Survivors for Survivors. When Prayers Aren't Enough puts a face to those behind the headlines months after the media and public have moved on.
It's about time America turns their thoughts and prayers into tangible change and this film hopes to be the catalyst to spur action.
