Langley, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 11, 2015 / Iplayco Corporation Limited (TSX VENTURE: IPC) ("Iplayco" or the "Corporation") announces the results of its annual general meeting (the "Meeting") held earlier today. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Corporation approved all resolutions placed before them by management, including the election of Messrs. Sultan Alhokair, Franco Aquila, Muhanad Awad, Scott Forbes, Shaun Kriel, Abdulrahman Moulay, David Perkins, Ebrahim Vantra, and T.C. (Craig) Williams as directors of the Corporation, the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Corporation's auditors, the ratification of the Corporation's amended and restated stock option plan, and approval of amendments to By-law No. 1 and Articles of the Corporation.
At the first meeting of the newly constituted Board of Directors held immediately after the Meeting, the following individuals were appointed as officers of the Corporation:
Franco Aquila, Chief Executive Officer
Scott Forbes, President
Max Liszkowski, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
David Romano, Chief Operating Officer
Also, the Board of Directors elected Messrs. Awad, Perkins, Williams and Vantra as Chair of the Board, Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Compensation Committee, respectively. Messrs. Williams and Moulay were elected to the Audit Committee; Messrs. Perkins and Vantra were elected to the Corporate Governance Committee; and Messrs. Perkins, Williams, and Kriel were elected to the Compensation Committee.
