Leading Edge Radio Network and InCapta, Inc., are collectively working on an online media platform that will provide news from around the world from on the spot citizen reporters, in real time. Leading Edge Radio.TV will be providing the platform on which the video and audio clips will be broadcast. The project is expected to debut in early January, 2017.
