The Thriller Centers Around the Intriguing Idea that Anyone is Capable of Anything
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2016 / Director Salim Samouh and Jared Phillips, an actor and writer from California, are pleased to announce the launch of their new film "Feelings."

"What is the true extent of human capability? Stress from a turbulent life adds up, testing an individual and determining how far it can go before he snaps," noted a spokesperson for Feelings, adding that the short film explores the concept of what an individual is really capable of.
The story follows Jake Adams, a seemingly unexceptional young man whose life seems to be taking a turn for the worse. In what seems to be overwhelming struggles, Jake determines what can truly be overcome. The film is set in the small town Southern California desert town of Joshua Tree.
"Will Jake be an example of how we can all overcome personal struggles, or will he be someone who snaps when he endures too much stress?" the spokesperson asked.
In addition to noted writer Phillips and outstanding director Samouh, the team includes some promising talent, including actress Jessica Strand.
"Expectations for the film are already high. It is a chance to explore the concept that anyone is capable of anything and follow one man as he navigates challenging obstacles in a remote town," the spokesperson said.
In order to help pay for the costs associated with making Feelings, Phillips recently launched a fundraiser on Kickstarter. He hopes to raise $800 through crowdfunding to help get this story on big screen and give audiences a chance to delve into the topic with him and Samouh.
"The biggest challenge this film faces is the cost of making the film itself. Every time our project gets a new backer it makes bringing this film to life that much easier," Phillips said.
