VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 5, 2015 / DraftTeam Fantasy Sports Inc. (CSE:DFS) ("DraftTeam" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that on March 3, 2015, the British Columbia Supreme Court issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement with Sabre Graphite Corp. ("Sabre") whereby Sabre will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of DraftTeam (the "Arrangement")
The Arrangement is subject to the terms and conditions of an arrangement agreement (the "Agreement") all as more particularly described in the Company's information circular dated January 20, 2015.
