LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / April 12, 2018 / Crimson Forest Films, LLC announced today that it had filed a lawsuit against, among others, Hannover House, Inc. The complaint charges Hannover House with breach of contract and other claims relating to distribution agreements for the films Where's the Dragon, Pali Road, and Lost in the Pacific. The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court for the State of California, County of Los Angeles.
The complaint alleges, among others, that Crimson Forest and Hannover House entered into distribution agreements that required Hannover House to distribute these films in the North America market on Crimson Forest's behalf, but Hannover House failed to distribute the films and failed to provide Crimson Forest with accounting and payments required under the parties' agreements.
