Bincent and Balerie aims to bring awareness to the community about what it is like to go through the fight against cancer. The movie—which took two years to film and resulted in over 70 hours of footage—shows how Sabia took care of his parents while they were battling cancer and explores how the family handled the news, diagnoses, and treatments. A portion of the proceeds from Bincent and Balerie will be used to raise money for StupidCancer.org, a non-profit that offers support to families affected by the disease.

"This movie is near and dear to my heart," said Sabia. "After losing my father to cancer, I promised him I would get this film done. My goal is to ultimately do anything that I can to bring awareness to the young adult cancer movement."

At this time, Sabia has taken the Bincent and Balerie documentary to Kickstarter, where he seeks the necessary funds to bring the project to life. The funds raised will be used to edit over 70 hours of footage and market the film to the masses. In exchange for the public's support, Sabia is offering a wide variety of perks to his supporters, including movie credits, copies of the documentary, and invitations to the VIP movie premiere in California.

Individuals interested in learning more about Bincent and Balerie can visit the documentary's Kickstarter page for additional information.
