LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 17, 2016 / Anthony Morrison, professional mixed martial artist representing Daddis Fight Camps, defeated Jordan Stiner in a unanimous 3rd round decision at Philadelphia's 2300 arena on December 4th.

The fight was dominated by Anthony Morrison from the first round with Cheesesteak executing some critical take downs including a huge pile driver into the mat with 40 seconds left in Round 1.
In round 3, Anthony landed a massive right hand blow, sending Jordan backwards onto the mat in what looked like a potential knockout. Anthony followed up with a volley of punches to Jordan's face, but couldn't bring the fight to a close with a technical knock-out.
Other notable highlights include Anthony escaping a rear naked choke hold, blocking a side kick to the ribs, and landing some heavy punches to Jordan's face while boxing.
Cheesesteak won the unanimous decision by 3 judges in a 29 to 28 win. The fight was Anthony's 4th win in a row and marks his 20th career victory.
Originally from North Philadelphia, Anthony Morrison began boxing at the age of 14 and competed in high school wrestling before deciding to pursue his dream of becoming a professional mixed martial artist.
He achieved an impressive amateur MMA record of 7-0 before making his professional debut in 2004. He went on to a 16-8 record as a professional, and won the highly coveted Ring of Combat Featherweight Championship before being signed by the WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting).
Anthony is known for his take downs, submissions, and heavy punches as those have yielded his highest number of technical knock outs.
His championship accomplishments include the NEF Featherweight Championship and the Ring of Combat Featherweight Championship.
