Tuxis Corporation Announces Stockholder Approval of Sale of Self Storage Facilities

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / December 23, 2016 / Tuxis Corporation (OTC PINK: TUXS) today announced that its stockholders voted to approve the sale of its self storage facility located in Clinton, Connecticut, its self storage facility located in Millbrook, New York, and an adjoining 1,875 square foot Millbrook commercial property to Global Self Storage, Inc. (NASDAQ: SELF), a real estate investment trust (REIT) and Tuxis affiliate that owns and operates self storage facilities. Closing of the sale is currently expected to occur on December 30, 2016.
