DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / December 21, 2015 / Phoenix Capital Partners Ltd. is pleased to announce the engagement of Helvetica Securities and Trust to raise $50,000,000 for the investment in real estate and infrastructure for the healthcare industries.
Phoenix Capital Partners Ltd. was established as the general partner for investments into real estate and infrastructure to support the strategic healthcare initiatives of Phoenix Pharms Capital Corporation.
The previously announced Boulder Ranch Partners LP will be the first of several projects to be funded through the engagement of Helvetica Securities and Trust. Additional projects include pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and a network of clinics. Further information will be announced as available.
Boulder Ranch Partners LP investments will remain open until March 31, 2016 to allow prospective partners to complete their end of year and new year investments. Following that time, the completion of the purchase and the expansion of the infrastructure will be funded in full through proceeds of placements of Helvetica Securities and Trust.
