1. Understand your emotions
White Growth Studio founder Valentina White says: "My way out started by understanding what emotions are, I learned a whole host of feelings, how to recognise them and how to deal with emotions. I recommend you create a strong mindset by learning to understand your emotions."
2. Invest in self-education
Valentina says: "I invested in various seminars, trainings and coaching. I studied energies, cosmo energy, the sub-conscious and mind power. It led me to realize that people who have wronged me in the past are not my enemies. They all served my growth. Investing in your own self-development is one of the smartest things you can do as a business owner."
3. Clear your limiting beliefs
Valentina says: "I did loads of practices to clean my mental and energy blockages, and worked with my belief system, transforming old negative systems to positive. Every day I worked hard to re-programme myself: what I say, what I think and what I do. I made sure my thoughts, words and actions matched. This is crucial to being at peace with yourself so that you can achieve your goals."
4. Get to know your personality type
Valentina adds: "I invested time and money getting to know my astrology from every angle, my karmic passport, Human Design System and many others. Knowing one's self is the key to life satisfaction. Knowing myself allowed me to build my life exactly as I wanted. I recommend you do the same so that you can run your business and your life in a way that suits you."
For founder Valentina, life has thrown her many challenges, but her resilience and determination has seen her overcome them all to achieve extraordinary results, and today White Growth Studio is thriving, serving clients the world over.
A journey that she has shared in a new bestselling multi-author book, entitled "Creating Success: Entrepreneurs & Changemakers Share Wisdom On Achieving Success On Your Own Terms", as one of 12 contributing authors.
Valentina says: "I was in the depths of despair when the emotional pain was so great that I could no longer bear it. Self-criticism, feeling like a victim, toxic relationships and the constant financial worries all played a part.
"I blamed my family, those around me, the boyfriend and everyone I could for all of my failures. And when this burden became unbearable, I started questioning myself. I thought, maybe I didn't understand something and maybe it's me who's doing something wrong. And then I started looking for answers. The responses were shocking. There was a lot of resistance to discovering and learning. But I wanted to change myself so strongly that I was ready to die for who I was to be reborn."
Valentina spent nine months immersing herself in self-development and says she came out the other side a completely different woman.
"When I saw the results I had got, I had a great desire to share this knowledge with others," she says. Which led to her launching the White Growth Studio, a school of self-education with a focus on spirituality, where the motto is: "a magic pill exists - it's you".
Clients come to them looking for transformation, and the company helps them through courses and coaching packages.
As well as the spiritual education company, Valentina runs an award-winning finance firm and is also trained as a money energy master. She says: "I am proud of quitting all of my many addictions. And I am proud to have transformed myself from a suicidal and desperate, permanently unhappy woman to a woman worth a million, succeeding in all her goals and now living with my twin soul."
