CHANUTE, KS / ACCESSWIRE / March 4, 2015 / Energeni, a Chanute, KS based wind turbine manufacturer is poised to revolutionize the cost to produce wind energy for commercial scale power users.
Energeni, llc was launched with the primary goal of bringing down the cost of wind generated energy to less than $1 per Kwh produced, without relying on government tax credits or assistance. Today, the average price for wind generated energy is more than $7 per kWh produced. Energeni is focused on changing the entire marketplace for wind energy creation, making it more cost effective than traditional power sources. Energeni's vertical access wind turbine, GeniPower, is designed to be more cost effective and yield a higher energy output than anything currently on the market.
The GeniPower turbine will be built in economical hard-hit South East Kansas, providing a much needed boost to local communities. GeniPower will incorporate recycled parts from the oil field, including down-hole pipe stems to further reduce the cost of our turbine. Energeni has assembled an experienced team of wind energy experts to design, build and implement the GeniPower turbine.
Energeni has entered into a joint venture with a California based non-profit, ICRI (International Childrens Resource Institute) to build the GeniPower turbines for installation in sub Sahara Africa. Currently, African villages do not have access to grid connected power. Energeni has established a joint venture with a Mexican partner who seeks to sell GeniPower turbines into the Mexican and South American oil, gas and mining industries.
A few years ago, I launched my second career and became an independent oil producer in South East Kansas. I started Ace Energy (an independent oil production company) with the idea of venturing into the exciting and 'red-hot' world of oil production - this of course was prior to the recent collapse of oil prices. The recent drop in oil prices has not dampened my enthusiasm for the business, I love it.
Energeni, was launched with the sole purpose of offering a cost effective power solution to heavy electricity users with limited access to affordable, renewable power. Numerous oil producers in Western Kansas do not have access to grid power and have to rely on expensive and unreliable fuel generators. Energeni researched various options to utilize wind turbines to power oil and gas wells. The research indicated that the marketplace lacked a high-output/cost effective energy solution.
