VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 16, 2015 / Nanotech Security Corp. (TSX V: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF), announces that at its April 8, 2015 shareholders meeting all management proposals were passed. The five directors who were re-elected are Doug Blakeway, Brian Causey, Dr. Bozena Kaminska, Ken Tolmie, and Bernhard Zinkhofer.
In other meeting business the shareholders approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors, the 2015 Share Option and Share Incentive Award Plan, and ratified the grant of 423,955 Restricted Share Units to employees and insiders of the Company to vest over three years.
