PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / May 19, 2015 / Sumitomo Electric Device Innovations USA, Inc. The F465 is a 2-stage GaN power amplifier offered in a surface-mount plastic HAST-compliant package. It operates at an output power of 10W at 28V and 20W at 50V supply voltage. Its high-power gain is 24dB in the DC to 3GHz frequency band.
