Donan began offering educational webinars in 2017 in conjunction with continuing education (CE) credits for insurance adjusters. Over time, our audience has grown and topics expanded to deliver insider knowledge of forensic investigations for fire losses, product failures, structural issues, and more. In 2021, attendees were awarded almost 24,000 CE credits from these webinars, and we're proud to announce 2022's expert lineup!

Convenient Times: In 2022, Donan University webinars will be offered once a month, but twice in one day. These updated webinar times - 11:00 a.m. EST and 2:00 p.m. EST - cater to the busy schedules of our attendees and our clients across all time zones.
Expanded Topics: This year, we have some exciting new topics from our experts. Topics are based on our most popular past offerings and industry trends as well as responses to our attendee surveys requesting certain subjects. For the first time, we'll also be offering a course on vehicle Crash Data Retrieval (CDR), a nationwide solution to high-dollar claims Donan has recently expanded.
Continuing Education Credits: In addition, we've added Washington, Nevada, and Oregon to our list of CE-approved states. Additionally, we continue to offer credit for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.
Interactive Webinars: Our platform offers engagement through a dual-screen presentation and a live Q&A portion of every course, so you can ask questions in real time and receive an answer during the session.
