DDC USA Names Two New Vice Presidents of Business Development

ATLANTA, GA, July 19, 2013 -(eTeligis.com via ACCESSWIRE)- DDC USA, (http://www.ddcusa.com/), a North American leader in business process outsourcing, has announced today the appointment of John Eisele and Thom Mead to the positions of Vice President of Business Development for North America. In their roles, Eisele and Mead will work with the sales team to enhance DDC USA's relationship with specific industries and further develop its customer-focused services.
Eisele and Mead will be responsible for working with the DDC USA sales force to build extensive relationships at the executive level within leading banking, financial services and insurance companies. They will develop DDC USA's customer-focused initiatives, strengthening industry partnerships by offering products and services that best meet the companies' business process demands.

Eisele joins DDC USA from Xerox, where he served for 12 years as the Division Vice President of Insurance Services. His division consistently earned over 35% in operating profits annually for the past seven years and found at a minimum over $1 million in operational costs saving every year.
With over 17 years of executive experience in global sales, operations and technology, he has led teams delivering on multi-year BPO projects that included the development, integration and deployment of complex production, financial, document management and workflow systems. Eiesle has led strategic business unit managers located in over six countries with over 600 employees.
Mead was previously the Vice President of North American Marketing, Strategic Alliances and Channel Sales for Firstsource. During his career, he has led sales teams that have sold more than $900 million in new business as well as channel sales teams that have yielded $300 million in new business. Additionally, Mead has personally sold more than $230 million of BPO and ITO business. Mead also served more than 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Captain.
