This winter, the TEC team will head to Miami for a luxurious escape from the northern chill. A private golf tournament will serve as the cornerstone for the trip, with beachfront dinners, VIP club experiences, and high-end hotel stays filling out the itinerary. Knowing that employees are what determine the trajectory of the company's success, a regal reward for the team is an easy justification. In January 2023, the Presidential Club members will fly to Miami and settle in at Fontainebleau, a plush oceanfront resort popular amongst the elite. Kicking things off, the first annual "TEC Open"-an exclusive golf tournament for Presidential Club members will take place at the Miami Beach Golf Club. From there, the Presidential Club dinner celebration will commence on the sand at the ultra-chic Nikki Beach. The champagne-fueled after party will occur at the world-renowned LIV nightclub, where the team can let loose and celebrate the successes of their efforts. The following day will be a slower pace, spent relaxing in private cabanas surrounding Fontainebleau's famous swimming pool. In total, the celebrity-caliber experience should hoist the morale of the Presidential Club members and carry them into 2023 with unbridled motivation to return next year.
