Company Update

SALT LAKE CITY, UT / ACCESSWIRE / October 14, 2022 / After considerable success as the remote usability testing platform TryMyUI, founder Ritvij Gautam and his team have announced a company rebrand to reflect their new suite of services and consumer benefits.

Their new company name, Trymata, "reflects the transformation of our company's identity: from a leading usability testing platform to a complete end-to-end digital experience insights solution." The rebrand comes on the heels of the 2022 acquisition of Stichology.ai, "a robust web analytics and session replay tool."

Trymata's innovative platform is taking the guesswork out of user experience and behavior - allowing companies to make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience while increasing revenue and growth. Their technology enables organizations to uncover previously unpredictable issues, understand where users click - and why - and clearly identify recurring bottlenecks in the process that are limiting conversion rates.

With over 1M usability tests run, more than 5M session recordings captured, and over 1B user behaviors analyzed, Trymata is changing the way companies operate by delivering key insights and analysis of the user experience. In doing so, they guide client companies to a 40% average increase in sales, optimizing the digital experience at scale and allowing businesses to not only track their problem areas, but to clearly see what works well.

While many product insight tools currently exist in the marketplace, Trymata is the first of its kind to bring historically siloed tools and datasets together in a single solution. As a result, teams have the ability to take a more holistic view of the entire digital experience. Instead of working blindly with only 1-2 pieces of the picture, a company can see how each step of the user journey fits together. This enables them to make critical changes to their products and services, building a brand that not only better serves their customers but drives sales and revenue growth.

"Our mission is to enable companies to constantly be aware of how their users interact with their product, and to use that insight to build better product experiences," the team says. "Trymata exists because we believe there is a battery way to collect and act on digital experience data and create products that create growth."

As founder Ritvij Gautam explains, Trymata is revolutionizing product analytics, giving companies exactly what they need to improve their products and grow their customer base.

"Organizations today use all these different tools to try and understand their product experience, and we have brought those all together with our product analytics and user testing platforms," Gautam says.

Their product analytics platform allows businesses to see every visitor on the site, where they are going, what they are doing, and metrics like campaign traffic and bounce rates. That pairs with their usability testing platform, which measures key user flows and provides qualitative data to make critical improvements to the process.

"The point of Trymata is it solves the problem of what to test - and how to test it," Gautam says.

As a rebranded end-to-end digital experience insights solution, Trymata is now positioned to deliver greater tools and data to the businesses that need it most.
