Egg Bake Prep Time: 15 Minutes

2 Cups Augason Farms Scrambled Egg Powder

2 Cups Water

¼ Cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Spinach Flakes

¼ Cup Augason Farms Colby Jack Cheese

2 Tablespoons Augason Farms Dehydrated Onion

¼ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon Pepper

3 Tablespoons Butter -melted

Step 1. Mix scrambled egg powder and water in small bowl stirring until smooth.

Step 2. Add spinach, cheese, onion, salt and pepper to egg mixture.

Step 3. Stir well. Let stand.

Step 4. Pour melted butter into 8-inch x 8-inch pan

Step 5. Pour in egg mixture

Step 6. Bake at 350-degree oven for 30 min.

Top with sour cream and fresh tomato
