Zobyda International Resources Problems with the Agricultural Bank of Sudan

DEARBORN, MI / ACCESSWIRE / September 8, 2022 / Zobyda International Resources, Inc. is an American Company Registered in the state of Michigan, USA for the past 4 years. This press release dated today September 8, 2022 is being released to focus on the company's long struggle to successfully get paid by The Sudanese government, the Sudan Central Bank through their direct ownership of the Agricultural Bank of Sudan.

The Agricultural Bank of Sudan has failed to fulfil its obligations to guarantee payment for Letter of credit Insurance that was mandatory to commence shipping UREA and DAP. They also failed on numerous occasions and by various means to make that payment directly or through other banks.

Finally, The Agricultural Bank of Sudan failed to make a payment in August 2022 for the delivery of 30,000 metric tons of di ammonium phosphate which was purchased from the Saudi company Maaden and delivered in August 2021 in accordance with their contract with the bank.

As a result, Zobyda International Resources, Inc. successfully submitted a complaint with the United States Department of Treasury under incident# 803457 FinCEN, where their ultimate recommendation could include, but not be limited to, sanctions as well as discontinuing Sudan access to the SWIFT system.
